Beginning as a software engineer in 1979, Rory has enjoyed a life in the computing arena from building software to advising businesses on how to best use it.
Mixing commodity and innovations solutions he is primarily involved in ‘disruptive’ technologies. He has a wealth and depth of experience working with businesses who take on a new approach to their work and embrace change for competitive advantage.
His extensive experience includes building and directing enterprise sales teams achieving exceptional results.
Most recently Rory enjoyed almost five years with intelligent automation leader UiPath where he set up the UK & Ireland & Nordics sales businesses and worked with several customers from banking & insurance to media and manufacturing, helping them take advantage of the vast potential for productivity and efficiency improvements.
He presently works as an advisor to a number of software businesses on the topics of sales strategy, sales management, sales messaging, and proposition creation. He already has had exceptional outcomes and continues to seek opportunities with smart businesses needing to step up their selling successes.
